In a minimalist way, the chequered pattern of the floor extends over the wall in an irregular perspective with a slightly rounded base.
Light white sheets of paper interact with the black floor and vice versa black sheets of paper with the wall. The sheets are fixed in such a way that every movement of the air and the fan, which is part of the installation, modifies the structure of the chessboard, makes it flutter, animates it and constantly undermines its geometry, in contrast to the immobility of the stair with which the work is in dialogue.
